
Terms & Conditions
1. You have TWO WEEKS to cancel our invoice/contract agreement, or half your rental total will be charged.
2. I agree to properly use the rented items. I will NOT exceed the maximum weight capacity, DRAG, SCRAPE/SCRATCH, PAINT ON, MELT/BURN the rented items. I AGREE to use RESIDUE-FREE DUCT TAPE, to wipe down heavily soiled items, to keep items DRY (out of the rain), and to use table covers (paper) if possible.
3. I understand there is additional charge(s) for items that are returned defective, lost and/or stolen, for the cleaning of heavily soiled items, and/or for signs of improper use of our items, to be determined solely by 'Ohana Tables & Chairs.
4. A signed invoice, agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, and payment in FULL are needed to confirm a rental.
Disclaimer of Liability:
I hereby agree to indemnify & hold harmless ‘Ohana Tables & Chairs, it’s employees or anyone affiliated with them, from & against any & all liability, claims, losses, or expenses, including without limitation, exceeding the weight capacity, improper use of, or not properly setting up the rented items.
